関西大学が老人ホームと提携、カレッジリンク型老人ホーム開設へ [ news ]
「カレッジリンク型老人ホーム」という言葉をご存知でしょうか？
大学の講義を受講できる老人ホームのことを、そう呼びます。カレッジリンク型老人ホームは10年ほど前に米国で登場した新しいタイプの老人ホームで、国内では初めての試みだそうです。
いま、関西大学と財団法人社会開発研究センターなどが、このカレッジリンク型老人ホームの開設を進めています。
建設が進められているのは、神戸市灘区の「アンクラージュ御影」で、約280戸を有する高齢者向け共同住宅です。
関西大学から聴講生として受講資格が与えられ、入居者は関西大学千里山キャンパス（大阪府吹田市）で文化部の授業を受けることができます。もちろん、現役の大学生と机を並べての授業です。アンクラージュ御影と関大千里山キャンパスのあいだは、シャトルバスで送迎します。
このアンクラージュ御影は2008年春にオープン予定です。
