盛岡市に「老人ホーム＋スーパー」の複合施設 [ news ]
岩手県盛岡市に、有料老人ホームとスーパーが入居する複合ビルができるようです。
これは、盛岡市に本社をかまえるランデック都市開発が手がけるプロジェクトで、老人ホーム部分は1人用の部屋を65室、2人用の部屋を18室、合計83室を用意、それぞれにリビングや台所、寝室やシャワールームなどを設置する。各部屋の広さは35平方メートルから60平方メートルで、6階には展望台浴場とプール、フィットネスジムも設けるとのこと。
原則として自立して生活できる60歳以上の高齢者用の施設だが、要介護度2程度の人でも入居できるという。
運営はランデック社とＩＢＣが共同出資し設立するアンビシャス（資本金１０００万円、簗田社長）に委託。賃貸で光熱費、食費などを含め家賃は月額１６、７万円程度の見込み。ほかに入居保証金として５００万円が必要。（岩手日報の記事より引用）
最近は、シティホテルのような有料老人ホームが増えてきました。1人暮らしの高齢者には、街中の刺激も生活を愉しくする要素なのでしょう。老人ホームといえば郊外、というイメージはそろそろ変えなければいけませんね。
