特別養護老人ホームの預金着服に実刑 [ news ]
滋賀県大津地裁は5月8日、特別養護老人ホーム（特養）の預金を着服したとして起訴されていた元理事に、懲役3年6ヶ月の実刑判決を下しました。

業務上横領の判決を受けた被告人は、京都市中京区の都木章治被告（会社役員・63）です。
判決によりますと都木被告は、守山市水保町の特別養護老人ホーム「明富の郷」の預金口座から理事の立場を利用し、自分が経営する京都市の不動産会社の口座に平成１３年１２月～１４年３月までの間に５回にわたって、あわせて５０００万円を振り込みました。（BBCびわ湖放送の記事より引用）
着服された預金は、「明富の郷」という特別養護老人ホーム（特養）の預金です。犯行jの動機は、自身が経営に携わる会社の資金繰りだったようで、裁判長は「身勝手かつ自己中心的」と断罪し実刑判決にいたったようです。
