上海に高級老人ホームを　　[ news ]

上海で富裕層をターゲットにした有料老人ホームが計画されているようです。上海南匯の康橋公共事業投資有限公司が2007年10月19日のオープンを目標に、高級老人ホームの建設を進めています。

家賃は45平米で月3500元前後、60平米～70平米の部屋は月額6000元前後とのことです。これは中国の物価水準からすると、かなり高いのではないでしょうか。
