コムスンが老人ホーム開設を加速　　[ news ]

コムスンが老人ホーム開設を加速しています。同社は2005年に6カ所の有料老人ホームを開設しましたが、は2006年6月までに首都圏を中心に5～8ヶ所の有料老人ホームを新設するとこのことです。

5月に子会社を通じ東京都世田谷区に開く施設は、前払い家賃にあたる入居一時金が最高3億円。入居一時金は数百万―数千万円が一般的。一流ホテル並みのサービスを提供し企業経営者らの需要を取り込む。（NIKKEI NETの記事より引用）

この流れは、コムスンだけではありません。

高齢化が進むなか、介護保険制度に基づく要介護認定者はこの5年間で約7割増えています。それを受け、介護各社は老人ホーム開設を急ぎ、高級感ある高価な老人ホームだけでなく入居一時金が不要な安価なタイプも増えています。
